Competition coaching includes all the guidance you need from the moment you begin your show preparation to the moment you step on stage.

What's included in competition coaching

Twice A Week Check-ins

2 weekly check-ins with your coach to discuss your goals. Your coach provides you with accountability and support via phone, BodyTeam app, WhatsApp text, and email. Not your check-in days? Who cares! We want you to text us anyways!  We are never too busy to chat with you!  Most importantly to ensure you get the best care we limit the number of athletes per coach to ensure you are getting all the attention you need to succeed. 

Posing

We include once-a-month posing with your coach. Your coach will help competitors, create a routine, perfect their posing technique, showcase their physique to the judges effectively, to increase their chances of winning. Your coach will also provide feedback and make adjustments to the posing routine to highlight strengths and minimize weaknesses all while making appear natural and confident.

Customized Nutrition

We include a customized nutrition program to ensure your body is competition ready because proper nutrition is essential for building and maintaining muscle mass, reducing body fat, and achieving optimal performance. Our nutrition program is 100 % tailored to your individual needs and goals, ensuring that you have the energy and nutrients you need to succeed on stage. We will never drop calories to unhealthy numbers.

Peak Weel Protocol

A detailed peak week protocol will be provided 10 days prior to your show.
You will also get a pre-show check-in. Show day support either in person or via facetime.

Show Consultation

Season planning and show & federation selection is included. In addition to show selection, we also offer guidance on suit selection. We help with choosing what companies we have had great success, when to order, and sizing guidance.

Unlimited access to your coach via whatsapp, text, email. Our program is all done online, so it is of the upmost importance that you feel supported with anything and everything that will help you easily follow your program.  Our goal is to make you feel like you have a team ready to help.  We ensure that an open communication is available with your coach.  During your check ins feedback is given and we also make ourselves available to you the rest of the week through multiple channels such as email, call, WhatsApp, text, facetime or google meet.

You have found coaches who don't just carry the latest nutrition and personal training certifications (we do have those too), but we are actually active fitness competitors! Frequently Asked Questions

No, we do not offer personal training. However, you will have a completely customized program that includes video exercise demonstrations to ensure you have proper form and complete understanding of your customized program.

No, and if you did BodyTeam would not be part of it. We do suggest supplements but all natural and nothing that may be harmful to your body. We strongly believe that proper nutrition, training, cardio and good ol’ fashion hard work and grit will achieve that winning physique.

Absolutely not! The goal is not to drop your calories to any dangerous or harmful levels.  Lowering calories to a harmful level can really ruin your metabolism and that is not the goal during a show prep.

Each client is different, and it will depend on your current physique and if you competed before to really give an accurate time frame.  However, on average for a seasoned competitor it could take 12 weeks and a first-time competitor could be 16-20 weeks.  Some of the time given is simply to allow you to find a good routine and groove that works for you.

On average it will be 5-6 days per week for weight training and cardio.
